In this step, you will learn how to apply an existing backup to additional individual users or groups. This allows you to efficiently reuse existing backup settings and consistently roll them out to additional objects in the Microsoft 365 tenant.
1. Select the desired users or groups to which the existing backup should be applied.
2. Select Group Backup to apply the existing backup to the selected users or groups.
3. Confirm with Apply that this backup should be applied to the newly selected users.
