Ventoo Phone Lookup is available as an AppSource app for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You can install the app directly via Microsoft AppSource or from within Business Central.
Prerequisites
Before installing, make sure that:

You are using Business Central version 26.0 or higher.

You have the required permissions to install extensions (typically the EXTEND.MGT. - ADMIN permission set is required).
Install via AppSource

Go to Microsoft AppSource and search for Ventoo Phone Lookup for Business Central.

Select the app and click Get it now.

Sign in with your Business Central credentials.

Select the environment where you want to install the app.

Read and accept the terms of use.

Select Install.
Install via Business Central

Select the search icon (Alt+Q), enter Marketplace for Extensions, and select the related link.

Search for Ventoo Phone Lookup.

Select the app and click Install.
-
Read and accept the terms of use.

Wait for the installation to complete.

After Installation
After installing Ventoo Phone Lookup, you should:

Assign permissions to users who need access to the feature.
-
Complete the initial setup to configure country prefixes and build the phone directory.
Assign Permissions
Ventoo Phone Lookup includes a permission set named Ventoo Phone Lookup that grants access to all related tables, pages, and codeunits.
To assign the permission set to a user:

Select the search icon (Alt+Q), enter Users, and select the related link.

Select the user you want to grant access to.

On the User Permission Sets FastTab, add the Ventoo Phone Lookup permission set.
Tip: You can also assign the permission set via user groups or security groups to simplify management when dealing with multiple users.
