The central hub is the Case Management Setup card (search: "Case Management Setup"). It bundles the global settings and, through its navigation actions, access to all other configuration areas. The setup table is a singleton (exactly one record per company).

List Columns
Four fields Shortcut Attribute 1–4 Code define which attributes appear as columns 1–4 on the case, engagement, and scope list pages, so frequently filtered attributes are visible directly in the list.
