Ready in four steps

Install – Install Ventoo Case Management from Microsoft AppSource in your Business Central environment.

Set up – The first time you open the Case Management Setup page, the setup wizard starts automatically. It creates number series, roles, processes, attributes, and naming – optionally AI-assisted from your company profile.

Deploy the translation app – The wizard builds and publishes a small translation app containing your naming. Sign out and back in so the names take effect everywhere.

Assign permissions – Assign the delivered permission sets to your users (Admin, Manager, Consultant, Finance).
