With Ventoo Document Merger, you can:

How it works
Ventoo Document Merger uses a three-level hierarchy to determine which documents to include:

Global Rules (Level 1) - Define default rules for each document type. These apply to all documents unless overridden.

Partner Rules (Level 2) - Override global rules for specific customers or vendors with tailored configurations.

Document List (Level 3) - The final composition for each individual document. Built automatically from rules, but fully editable by the user.
When you open a document page (such as a Sales Invoice), Ventoo Document Merger automatically builds a document list based on the applicable rules. You can review and adjust this list before printing or sending. During rendering, all included documents are merged into a single PDF.
