Assigning the permission set

Search for Users (Alt+Q) and open the user list.

Select the user.

On the User Permission Sets fast-tab, add a new row.

Enter Pingen - All in the Permission Set field.
Tip: For organizations with many users, assign the permission set through a user group or security group rather than per user.
